    Who am I?

    Sarah Gallagher is a grief coach specializing in supporting young widowed parents. After losing her husband suddenly, she navigated the overwhelming reality of solo parenting her young son while making the courageous decision to bring their second child into the world.

    Today, she uses her transformative journey and over a decade of experience in content creation and program development to coach other young widows through grief, helping them reclaim their identities, find joy again, and support their children’s resilience.

    Sarah Gallagher offers one-on-one and group coaching, self-paced online courses and interactive workshops curated for the unique lives of widowed solo parents. A passionate advocate for normalizing grief in society, her siren call is “You Are Not Alone”.
